   各位尊敬的会员，PT网站到11月份已经成立1周年，感谢各位会员长期的支持！但从目前的情况来看，PT网站的现状并不乐观，为此管理层深思网站现在的情况，是我们网站帐号得到的太容易、分享率的要求太低、造成大家现在对帐号的不珍惜？还是3D设备的用户太少，无法让更多的人加入，还是.....
Dear members,
It will be our 1 year birthday in this November, we are extremely grateful for your support these days. The present condition of our site still needs to be improved in many ways. For example, many users are very inactive. There may be many reasons, such as our limited resources and the low requirement for sharing rate.

   网站此次免费开放、双倍上传截止时间定于北京时间 2012年10月7日23:59:59 过后网站将取消双倍上传，关闭自由注册，请分享率低的会员抓住机会提高分享率。
The happy time for opening registration and “Free Leech and 2X Up” will be terminated at 23:59:59 on October, 7. After that, we will close the free registration and normalize the upload ratio. Please take care of your ratio.

   同时考虑到8台做种电脑的负荷、及无保种员的情况。从2012年10月8日零时起，首发资源置顶并12小时的免费，12小时过后60小时50%，之后将变成黑种（也就是说大家要争取3天内将新种下载完成），大的节假日会举行全站2倍上传。只有这样才能保证带宽用到新发布种子上。
In consideration of our load capacity of our seeding servers, ratio regulation for seeding will be changed to: “Free leech and 1X Up” for 12 hours, “50% Leech and 1X Up” for the next 60 hours and “1X Leech and 1X Up” then. We will still have “Free Leech and 2X Up” happy times on some holidays. More bandwidth should be served for new resources.

   网站这样的变更势必会造成部分会员的反感，但管理层考虑到PT毕竟不是BT，还是需要有PT的精神，若混内站困难可以转移到外站下载，外站依然会采取迅雷快传的方式，同时请会员考虑PT是否需要转发2D资源，之后会发布投票让大家选择！
If some of you think it will be difficult to keep a good ratio, you can download our resources in our external BBS , where you can use Thunder and other software. We will also make a survey on whether we should ship some 2D movies, documentaries and so on to our 3DTVBits.
